This holiday flat has been awarded 5 stars by the German tourism federation.
The flat has two levels and is 1400 sq ft. Downstairs are the leaving room, kitchen, the main bedroom, and 2 bathrooms with shower, wash basin and toilet. In addition the downstairs also has the wellness room.
The well equiped kitchen is large with a dining table for 6, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microware, toaster, cooker with oven and good selection of ovenware and tableware.
The living room is comfortable for 5 with television, music, realfire and double doors that open to the patio.
The wellness room is large with a Jauzzi type bath for 2, a sauna, shower and a small selection of exercise equipment.
The ground floor is equiped with underfloor heating in many of the living areas.
On the second floor is another very large living room that can also be used as a second bedroom. This provides maximum verisitility for families with children.
Parking is plentiful including a covered areas where you can keep a car or motorcycle.
The holiday flat is fully equiped with bedlinen, table-ware and towels.
